Our workforce consist of a pool of sometimes up to 60 + people, many of whom have worked for us for many years, amongst them we have a hardcore group of people in charge who are experts in their field.
Even though in the current climate, where good reliable people are sometimes hard to come by, because we pay decent rates and look after the people who work for us, in turn this means we are fortunate enough to attract a high standard of workers with a low turnround of staff.
In the last 18 months, we have turned our attention toward a growing requirement in the servicing, cleaning and where necessary, replacement of duct work in both permanent and temporary Restaurants, and take aways commonly referred to as fast food outlets. To meet this new trend, we are now hiring trained people in this area as it requires specialist knowledge.
